Hi, I’m Regina: a writer, chef, and church secretary who’s learned firsthand that God can use and transform all of us.
My story isn’t picture-perfect. My younger years were marked by painful seasons and poor decisions. I was baptized at 27, but it wasn’t until I was 45 that I truly surrendered my life to Christ. From that moment on, God began rewriting my story in ways I never imagined.
I barely graduated high school, didn’t come from much, and never dreamed of running a business. Yet at 56, God led me to leave a secure nonprofit job and start a catering company. Two years later, I’ve served over 30 local nonprofits and thousands of people, all through food made with love and faith.
Today, I use my writing, cooking, and administrative gifts to serve others both in business and in ministry. Whether I’m preparing a meal, designing a church bulletin, or sharing words of encouragement online, my heart is to remind people that God wastes nothing ; not our pain, not our detours, not our years of doubt.

I believe food brings people together
I’ve always believed that some of life’s best moments happen around the table. As the owner of Soul Bowl 330, a catering business serving local nonprofits, I’ve seen how food connects people, fosters community, and brings joy. I love sharing recipes that are simple, delicious, and made to nourish both body and soul.
Cheering on Christian creatives is my joy
As a volunteer leader with COMPEL Pro, I get to encourage Christian writers to boldly share their stories and faith through words. Writing can feel lonely at times, but being part of a community of passionate, faith-filled creatives has been such a blessing—and I love helping others find their voice too.

With years of experience running a successful catering business, serving faithfully in her local church, and inspiring others through her writing, Regina understands the beauty and challenge of being multi-passionate. Her mission is to remind women that their gifts don’t have to live in separate boxes; they can come together as a powerful way to serve God and others.
Through her speaking, recipes, and devotionals, she invites her audience to slow down, gather around the table, and experience God’s presence in both the ordinary and the sacred.
