Hi, I’m Regina.

I’m a cook at heart who believes some of the most meaningful moments in life happen around the table. While writing and ministry are part of my story, food is where my faith becomes tangible, through comfort, connection, and community.

I learned to cook later in life, but what began as simply feeding family and friends grew into Soul Bowl 330, a catering ministry serving nonprofits and gatherings with soulful, accessible food made with care. I believe meals aren’t just about nourishment. They’re about bringing people together, creating memories, and making space for God to meet us in ordinary moments.

Here at The Faithful Feast, I share comforting recipes and kitchen stories with one hope: that the food you make here helps you gather your people, slow down, and taste the goodness of God, one meal at a time.
